Galvalume coil refers to the product coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy layer on the surface of the steel plate. 1. Steel plate pretreatment: First, the steel plate is sent to the pretreatment equipment for cleaning to remove grease, oxides and impurities on the surface. Pretreatment equipment usually includes processes such as pickling, dissolution, cleaning and drying.

2. Coating preparation: Prepare the aluminum-zinc alloy coating, usually by mixing aluminum powder and zinc powder in a certain proportion, and adding organic solvent and binder. The mixture is stirred and filtered to form a coating.

3. Coating process: Apply the coating evenly on the pretreated steel plate. Coating processes generally include roll coating and spray coating. The roller coating method is to pass the pretreated steel plate through the paint tank, scraper and roller in sequence, so that the paint can be evenly covered on the steel plate. The spraying method is to spray the paint on the steel plate entering the spraying room, and form a uniform coating through the spraying of the spray gun.

4. Curing and drying: After the coating is completed, the steel plate is sent to the drying equipment for curing. The purpose of curing is to volatilize the organic solvent in the coating, so that the coating forms a dense aluminum-zinc alloy layer.

5. Cooling: The solidified steel plate is rapidly cooled by cooling equipment to make the coating more firm.

6. Cutting and coiling: The cooled steel plate is cut according to specifications by cutting equipment, and coiled into coils of different widths and lengths as required.

7. Inspection and packaging: Carry out quality inspection on the finished galvanized coils, and check the uniformity, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the surface coating and other indicators. Qualified products can be shipped out of the factory after packaging.
